  • Before Order Confirmation: If the cancellation is made before the order is confirmed by the vendor, there will be no charges, and the full amount will be refunded.
  • After Order Confirmation: If the cancellation occurs after the order has been confirmed but before it has been prepared, a cancellation fee may be charged. The fee amount varies depending on the vendor's policy and the type of order.

3. Order Cancellation by Vendors

3.1 Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
Vendors may cancel orders due to various reasons, such as item unavailability, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.
