At FoodMasty, we ensure timely and reliable delivery of food and grocery items to our customers. Please read our shipping policy to understand the delivery process and timelines.
1. Delivery Areas
- Our delivery service is available in [Tharad/Gujarat].
- Before placing an order, checking the serviceability of your pincode is mandatory.
- We are expanding our services, and new locations will be updated in the app.
2. Delivery Time
- We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently.
- All orders will be shipped & delivered within 2 hours.
- Standard delivery time is 30-60 minutes, depending on the distance and order volume.
- During peak hours or bad weather conditions, slight delays may occur.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: Available for orders above ₹500.
- Standard Delivery Charge: ₹30 per order.
- Surge Pricing: Additional charges may apply during busy hours or for distant deliveries.
4. Order Tracking
- Customers can track their orders in real-time through the FoodMasty app.
- Live updates on order preparation, dispatch, and estimated arrival time will be provided.
5. Contactless Delivery
- To ensure hygiene and safety, contactless delivery is available.
- As per customer instructions, the order will be left at the doorstep.
6.Delivery Partner Responsibilities
- Our delivery partners ensure hygienic and safe handling of all orders.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery partner will attempt to contact the customer.
7. Failed Deliveries
Orders may be marked as failed delivery due to:
- If the customer provides an incorrect address or does not answer the phone, the order may be canceled with no refund.
- The delivery agent will wait for 10 minutes; after that, the order may be returned.
